How pricing works
- Pick your tier by team size.Solo for 1–2 people, Small for 3–6, Growing for 7–15. Everything is included in every tier — no feature gating.
- Entity caps are generous.Most practices sit well within their tier's entity limit. If you go over, it's just 50c per additional entity — no forced upgrades.
- What counts as an entity?Any client record — a company, trust, individual ITR, SMSF, or partnership. Archived or dormant entities aren't counted.
- All prices are GST exclusive.10% GST applies for Australian customers.

Yes. Every tier gets the full platform — dashboard, jobs, billing, compliance, Dropbox Sign, Xero, ClickSend, SMS and email campaigns, risk engine, BAS analysis, and everything else. The only difference between tiers is the number of users and included entities.
Dropbox Sign, Xero, and ClickSend are included. No add-on fees. You'll need your own Dropbox, Gmail, or Microsoft 365 accounts (you almost certainly have these already).
